Machine Center: Toyota (Horizontal Mill)

A team player who can multi-task in a high quality environment, with a strong work ethic. Hanard needs a Machinist to set up and run CNC Mills, and Machine with proficiency. Must be able to make informed suggestions for improved processes and more efficient methods of producing machined parts.

 

What you need:

·         Efficient at a production level of high quality parts

·         A want to learn and improve skill sets in the area of CNC Mills.

·         Knowledge in setup & operation of CNC Mills.

·         A strong understanding of decimal equivalent and fractional numbers.

·         A strong understanding in blue prints and GDT drawings in order to produce parts that meet the specification of that drawing.

·         Able to accurately measure dimensions on parts that are being machined.

Education & Requirements:

·         4 plus years CNC work experience or equivalent

·         Fanuc and Siemens experience preferred.

·         4 and 5 axis experience preferred.

·         Technical Degree in manufacturing and or certification through trade college preferred

·         Measuring equipment of .001 or better tolerance tools preferred

·         Maintain performs complex machining operations with limited supervision

·         Aerospace work experienced is preferred

·         Must pass pre-employment drug screening with random screening throughout employment

·         Must be capable of working efficiently and effectively at any shift such as days, swing or weekends, including irregular, over-time and unscheduled hours if required for a time sensitive project.

 

Please Note:

Competency test will be required after 90days to evaluate qualification for continuous training.
